Dawn Sutherland has more than 20 years of experience in senior management roles at several multi-national companies in strategic planning, marketing, product/brand management, communications and advertising.

Dawn is an associate with n-gen People Performance Inc. Her expertise in management, training and communications are leveraged to help clients create integrated people strategies that target and engage a multigenerational workforce.  As a highly engaging speaker, Dawn delivers keynote presentations and training programs helping clients effectively get, keep and grow all four generations of top talent.

Dawn holds a Bachelor of Journalism (Honours) degree with a minor in psychology (Carleton University) and an MBA (McGill University and Institut Supérieur des Affaires, Paris, France).
