Generational Advisory Council

n-gen People Performance Inc. would like to invite you to join their Generational Advisory Council (GAC).  The goal of this council is to gather relevant information, ideas, and opinions from the four generational cohorts in the workplace.

Generational Cohorts:

Traditionalists:	1922-1945
Baby Boomers:	1946-1964
Gen Xers:	1965-1980
Gen Ys:	1981-2000

GAC Structure

The GAC is a “virtual” council.  Members will receive monthly online surveys, which will take no more than 10 minutes to complete.  The survey will pose questions pertaining to workplace trends, employee issues, and HR “hot topics”.  All responses will be anonymous.  Survey results will be posted in our bi-monthly newsletter and on our Facebook page.

3. Your age or generational cohort.

Please note that in order to become a GAC member, you must be at least 16 years of age.

Monthly Prizes

Each month, upon completion of your survey, your name will be entered into a monthly draw to win a $50 gift certificate to a store of your choice.
