As a managing partner and co-founder of n-gen People Performance Inc., Adwoa has dedicated the last 9 years to working with industry leaders across North America, in both the private and public sectors, to build strategies and programs that target, motivate and engage a multigenerational workforce.
With over 15 years of training and performance consulting experience, she has leveraged her expertise to create solutions in five practice areas – sales & customer service; leadership, team building, Gen Y and HR. Adwoa has presented to international audiences, has written numerous whitepapers, and co-authored two books: Loyalty Unplugged: How to Get, Keep & Grow All Four Generations and Upgrade Now: 9 Advanced Leadership Skills, which will be released in April 2012. As a multigenerational workplace expert, she is regularly quoted in national newspapers, trade magazines, radio and television.
Adwoa has a master’s degree in analytic philosophy from Dalhousie University and has been nominated for an RBC Canadian Woman Entrepreneur Trailblazer Award in 2010. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and Human Resource Professionals Association. She is the chair of the United Way Allocations Panel, and executive committee board member of VHA Home Health Care.

With over 15 years of experience in learning and development, she has devoted the last 9 years to researching the impact that generational differences have on organizational performance. Giselle has created solutions and programs that focus on five practice areas – sales & customer service, leadership, team building, Gen Y and HR. Nancy Milton is an accomplished facilitator who uses her energy and diverse experience to increase organizations’ strengths and performance. She draws from 15 years of experience in a number of industries, including consumer package goods, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, recreation, technology and financial services, to create customized solutions that deliver organizational and team results.
Nancy has led a number of interactive, performance-based programs that focus on key areas of leadership including performance management, coaching, interpersonal management, communications skills and team building.
As an associate with n-gen People Performance Inc. her expertise in human resources and learning and development are leveraged to help clients better manage, engage, and lead a multigenerational workforce.
Nancy has a Bachelors degree in Sociology from the University of Guelph, and is a certified Training Director and Instructional Designer & Developer.
Peter E. Palmer

As an associate with n-gen, Peter E. Palmer brings a vast experience in coaching and training clients to achieve breakthrough business results. His proven and workable strategies, taken from over 20 years of coaching Fortune 500 and Quebec 100 companies are easily implemented by all levels of management to engage and advance individuals and organizations.
His experience in the Pharmaceutical, Aerospace, High Tech and Service sectors are varied and include work with Canada’s industry leading firms. He has worked in executive boardrooms of some of Canada’s top corporations assisting their leaders to formulate strategies to connect, motivate and engage a multigenerational workforce. As a highly engaging speaker, Peter delivers keynote presentations and training programs that help clients achieve business success.
He is a graduate of Hautes Etudes Commerciales in Marketing and also earned a diploma in French Radio & Television Broadcasting. His practical “non academic” approach, has made Peter a popular guest faculty member and workshop leader for the last 10 years at the McGill International Executive Institute. He has also:lectured to MBA classes at H.E.C.; been a featured speaker at French Quebec Universities; and is a long standing keynote speaker at Concordia and the John Molson School of Business.

With over 10 years of experience, Beth brings humour, enthusiasm and a hands-on approach to her facilitation. She is passionate about creating partnerships with clients that exceed expectations and driving desired behaviour, action and results, at an individual and organizational level.
As an associate with n-gen People Performance Inc. her expertise in adult learning and performance consulting is leveraged to help clients better manage, engage and lead a multigenerational workforce. As a highly engaging speaker, Beth is skilled in designing, developing and executing dynamic learning solutions that get, keep and grow all four generations of talent.
Beth has a Bachelors degree in Sociology and Psychology from Queen’s University and has completed the St Francis Xavier Adult Learning Education program.
