Leading Cultural Change: HR as Champions of Change
If your organization is facing a merger or acquisition, new brand positioning in the marketplace, a new senior leadership team or shifting work environment – as an HR leader you will need to champion this cultural change. The change process is complex and requires commitment from senior leaders and a robust plan to address the people side of any change initiative.
This workshop provides insights into how HR leaders can lead change by designing and implementing a change management plan that takes into consideration the people side of the equation. We explore how to evaluate your organization’s readiness for change and how to overcome anticipated obstacles. A generational perspective to change will be used as to ensure you can engage all employee groups. Participants complete an action plan for creating a communicating the desired change.
