She is a sought after resource to industry leaders, having worked with 18 of the top Fortune 500 companies. Over 60,000 people globally have experienced an n-gen workshop or presentation. With close to 20 years of experience in learning and development, she has devoted more than fifteen years to researching the impact that generational differences have on organizational performance.<\/p>\n

Giselle has created solutions and programs in six practice areas \u2013 sales & customer service; leadership; team building; Millennials & Gen Z and Human Resources. She has co-authored two books: Loyalty Unplugged: How to Get, Keep & Grow All Four Generations<\/em> and Upgrade Now: 9 Advanced Leadership Skills<\/a><\/em>. \u00a0As a human resources expert, Giselle is regularly quoted in national publications and appears on television and radio, including CBC, CTV News Channel and News Talk radio.<\/p>\n

Giselle has a Master\u2019s degree in communication studies from the University of Windsor. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and raises money for breast cancer research in her free time.<\/p>\n

His experience in the Pharmaceutical, Aerospace, High Tech and Service sectors are varied and include work with Canada\u2019s industry leading firms.\u00a0 He has worked in executive boardrooms of some of Canada\u2019s top corporations assisting their leaders to formulate strategies to connect, motivate and engage a multigenerational workforce. As a highly engaging speaker, Peter delivers keynote presentations and training programs that help clients achieve business success.<\/p>\n

He is a graduate of Hautes Etudes Commerciales in Marketing and also earned a diploma in French Radio & Television Broadcasting. His practical \u201cnon academic\u201d approach, has made Peter a popular guest faculty member and workshop leader for the last 10 years at the McGill International Executive Institute.\u00a0 He has also:lectured to MBA classes at H.E.C.; been a featured speaker at French Quebec Universities; and is a long standing keynote speaker at Concordia and the John Molson School of Business.<\/p>\n
