Communication is the most important skill in the workplace, but it is often is the one most people are lacking, particularly early in their career. Many Millennials have not been taught the same principles of communication, in particular, business communication that Traditionalists, Baby Boomers and Gen Xers were taught. They may not know the ‘the what, when and how’ of effective communication in the workplace.

This workshop is designed to teach Millennials communication skills that will improve business, client and team relationships. We focus on the messages, the frequency, and the format of successful business communication.
